hello everybody i have a card "Plague Igniter"
his effect is "When your hero deals shadow damage to a hero, allies in its party have -1 health this turn."
can i accumulate the effect ??
for exemple, i attack with the weapon and i play a ability Shadow Word : Chaos
allies in its party have -2 health this turn????

That's correct. As another example:

If you have two Shadow Word: Pain and a Devouring plague on the opposing hero, then allies in his party would get -3 health that turn. If you would then strike with the wand, that would become -4 health.
